We are a non-profit, parent-run recreation swim program that offers each swimmer the best possible instruction, training, and competition to assist them in achieving their potential while pursuing excellence in competitive swimming. We emphasize competition with oneself with individual improvement as our primary goal.

Competition
During the summer, we compete against other teams in the Tarheel Swim League which follows United States Swimming (USS) Rules.
Friendship
Stingrays come from all over Rutherford and surrounding counties. Friendships are formed with each lap and the cheering can get a little loud!
Fun Times
We work hard, but we also have a lot of fun. Swimmers can look forward to slides, diving, games and hanging out with friends on deck.
